DEALING WITH MENTAL HEALTH
HELLO, I AM KIANA WILLIAMS HERE IS MY STORY DEALING WITH DEPRESSION IS NOT EASY AT ALL IT CAN LEAD TO DANGEROUS THINGS LIKE COMMITTED SUICIDE OR CUTTING YOUR ARMS UP ALL THE Way till you start seeing blood dripping all the way down from your arms till it hits the ground it will leave the spots there on the bathroom floor anywhere you can find it all the times people leaves it there for others to see what you have done to yourself when you was harming your body and leaving marks and till they heal on they own you weren't pay any attention what you have done to yourself than when you do it you are saying to yourself that your feeling better by doing these to yourself an does not make you feel any type of way than when your finish doing that here is the question to ask yourself this when you are alone by yourself any place that you can think of did cutting my self made me feel better? , am I causing more damage to my brain ? or damage to my body? , how did I feel? , did I hurt myself more badly than this? here is a poem that you can read I felt Siroccos—crawl—
Nor Fire—for just my Marble feet
Could keep a Chancel, cool—
And yet, it tasted, like them all,
The Figures I have seen
Set orderly, for Burial,
Reminded me, of mine—

As if my life were shaven,
And fitted to a frame,
And could not breathe without a key,
And ’twas like Midnight, some – am learning peacefulness, lying by myself quietly

As the light lies on these white walls, this bed, these hands.

I am nobody; I have nothing to do with explosions.Doing things with their hands, one just the same as another,

So it is impossible to tell how many there are.

My body is a pebble to them, they tend it as water

Tends to the pebbles it must run over, smoothing them gently.

They bring me numbness in their bright needles, they bring me sleep.
