delightful little poem
She won
she lost,
she swayed and her hips tossed.

He perfected
he plateaued,
his weight shifted; feet digging into the road.

Push and pull's
please and piss us.
but these are the pokes and prods
that stray and steer trust.

The moment we really win
is precisely when
it's one another we choose
together forever
even to lose.
