live in the moment
when we are small
to when we grow tall
we don't understand time at all
The days are long
the nights are longer
when Santa comes
and Santa goes
the yearly wait seems like a lifetime
but when we are older
the days are long
the years are short
It feels like Christmas is only over
for it to just return again
is it the stress that keeps the mind busy
why don't we stop and look at a bee on a rose
as we did when we were small
do we have no time
to spare at all
when we were 15 wishing to be 18
now in our youths
we want to be younger
we always want what we cannot have
so make some time for yourself
do the things you said you would
for we are not promised tomorrow
or the day after that,
life can change just like that
so go have fun
you knew you should.
