A Halloween Poem
the witches party at midnight
prancing and dancing with gleeful delight
a barefoot, fear-filled, frightful sight

gnarled, cracked and yellow toenails
slobbering and gobbling down fresh raw snails
served on munchy crunchy lizards’ tails

secretly giggling
jelly like jiggling
smelly and wiggling

warty and pimply
green and dimply
a warped rump quite simply

dancing in their deep woodsy wood huts
doing the twist, the dap, and moonwalk struts
most witches love to shake their butts
