Acrostic for the month. 2023 begins.
Just the right month for another new year to begin
As usual we make resolutions we forget to keep
Never mind paying off the credit cards from Christmas
Ushering in the year watching the ball drop in New York
Remembering you are hosting the New Year's Eve party
Asking yourself why you are not on vacation somewhere
Reaching the point of not wanting another year like the last
You find a bottle of wine and go lock yourself in the bedroom.
