a short writing on how anxiety can trap you.
as soon as i see the crowd
i feel it getting harder to breathe
the feeling of 1000 lbs on your chest
each breath it's getting worse and worse
everything is getting smaller and smaller
you can't get out now
all you ever wanted to do was make someone proud
now everything is starting to get loud
all the whispers around you
"be quiet" you say
everything starts fading away
it's getting dark
why is this happening?
