A taste of memory lane alongside an unsteady future.
From the mountains
to the sea
the heatwave
scorching,
the air polluted.

Summer time
wasted,
vacations
overpaid,
under the blue sky.

And yet...

Memories made,
little feet running,
laughter echoing.

A smile,
a touch,
a look.

Waste nothing,
not a single moment,
as the skies cast
shadows over July.
