A poem about water.
water

I have strived to be like water.
Flowing freely, it changes to the shape of its container.
Water is enduring.

It dilutes everything, but nothing dilutes it.
Through it all,
Water always stays water.

However, there are moments of doubt;
Knowing I am just floating in an ocean,
Pretending to be water.

Sometimes,
I wonder if, in floating for so long,
I’ve forgotten how to swim.
