Short Shots Image Prompt (August 2023)
It had been a long time since any of humankind walked the halls of the realm of knowledge. Tomes lay gathering dust, the ornate columns covered in intertwining vines, & the wood that made up the frame was half rotted away. Without anyone to take charge of the place, all that was discovered & all that ever took place was slowly crumbling into oblivion. What is the point in gathering all that is known if no one is left alive to take advantage of it?
