The first few days of school can be traumatic for everyone involved.
Beginning of School

I told her I didn't want to go.

Classes were challenging,

Studying was difficult.

The desks are small, and the chairs are hard.

She told me I would enjoy the day.

I am clever and intelligent,

Learning is straightforward.

Desks are all sizes, and bodies have built-in cushions.

I told her that teachers think I am dumb.

Never giving me a chance,

They look at me like I am worthless.

Make sure not to see me when I have questions.

She told me the teachers don't know me.

It takes time to familiarize with new faces,

They will learn you have value.

Soon, they will see you and answer all your concerns.

I told her the teachers to avoid me outside of class.

I need special help or have questions,

Sometimes, I never get the help I need.

I don't know how to make it through this school year.

She told me to ask the teacher directly for help.

My questions and concerns are important,

If I don't get help, how will I succeed?

Besides, as she pointed out, I am the Principal.
