Being a good person is a subjective and complex concept that can vary from one culture, community, or individual to another. However, some common principles and traits are often associated with being a good person. Those traits are Empathy, Kindness, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Generosity, Forgiveness, Empowerment, Open-mindedness, and Positive Influence. Obtaining all of these traits is easier said than done. We all "want" to be good, (well most of us), but that is hard to do sometimes. Especially when "life" kicks it. Although what brings stress to someone may vary from person to person there are certain situations that are more common than others. Those situations may include, but are not limited to, Work Pressure, Financial Struggles, Health Problems, Time Constraints, Family Issues, Social Pressures, Burn-Out, Lack Of Support, Traumatic Events, And Addiction.
