Aging with all its lessons is wonderful.
Necessary Aging

Youth passions have vanished,
wise sanity returns,
life’s natural grateful progression.
Reckless actions banished,
no life-or-death concerns,
my body is in my possession.

Wasted-youth memories
fading into long past.
My before increasingly shallowed,
my documentaries
teaching me angst surpassed.
Peaceful happiness foreshadowed

Blood Quill form

I have thought of my death
and wondered the timing.
Have I done all I could?
Will I leave lives untouched

how many lives untouched

Poetry Lost in my Mind (Blood Quill)
I have thousands of rhymes
urging long to come out,
and be written on paper with pen,
but then countless of times
I get lost in my doubt,
Will I write them down? I don't know when.
I have poetry trapped
in the wilds of my mind,
I must try to provide it a way
for the road to be mapped,
and then maybe I'll find
that my muse has been lead all astray

Poetic Justice (Blood Quill)

I will tell you a tale
of a powerful guild,
with brave members all over the Horde;
And not once would they fail,
for this group was so skilled,
with a feather they held like a sword.
They fought till the last breath,
whether theirs or their kill,
and the ground trembled hard with a thud;
With their enemies death,
in their heart was a quill,
and a poem was written in blood.
