Stand By Me


You will stand by me as I look down at you.
You look up at me.
Our teary eyes meet and you stand by me.


You stand by me through sickness and sorrow.
When happiness and joy envelope us.
When we create things together, you stand by me.


You stand by me as the sun rises and sets.
Through the darkness and light.
Our lives together will be forever because you stand by me.
