Slam Cupid bad poetry - Bard's Hall contest
Love’s been awful to my heart,
Though Cupid’s tried his best.
It seems his best is like a fart
That smells worse than the rest.

That stench began one frosty morn
I loved the love he’d brought.
My mother said, “No, that’s just porn.”
It seems that I’d been caught.

Then when I grew and sought for love
And thought I found it twice,
But found when push did come to shove
That Cupid failed me thrice.

I thus move on and live my life
Ignoring Cupid’s smelly tries.
And seek amidst the toils and strife
A love that smells like pies.
