Poem penned after my ex-wife left with her new partner.
No dice, no nothing,
Sparks flew into flames,
Burned it all down,
To ash that whistles
in the winds.

How easy it was,
The end smooth,
While it rages within.
It’s a phase, in a limbo,
Who cares anyway.

No dice, no nothing,
Sparks flew into flames,
Burned it all down,
To ash that whistles
in the winds.

Already a memory,
Replaced and forgotten,
Throwing my towel down,
It’s a phase, in limbo,
Who cares anyway.

No dice, no nothing,
Sparks flew into flames,
Burned it all down,
To ash that whistles
in the winds.

No looking back now,
The raging winds pulling,
No no dice, nothing left,
On fire waiting to be ash,
Never again so stupid.

No dice, no nothing,
Sparks flew into flames,
Burned it all down,
To ash that whistles
in the winds.
