Not a poem. Just a note to a former lover.
I don't want to get over you. I want to wallow in the sensationalized erotica of our brief time together that my mind drowns in on a daily basis because reality can never taste as sweet as the past is bitter.

I want to squeeze my eyes closed so tight that the blackness pushes your image out of my mind and the pain gets lost in the darkness of my heart.
