Tell your friends and work colleagues, Jonny is here to stay....
I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT ROMANCE,
BUT PLEASE LET ME HAVE THE NEXT DANCE,
you can't keep to the beat,
and you'll step on my feet,
GO ON, JUST GIMME A CHANCE.

WHAT DO I DO, LET ME THINK,
I KNOW I'LL OFFER YOU A DRINK,
look, you're only treating me,
because refreshments are free,
WOULD MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IF I WINK.

HELLO PRETTY LADY, PLEASE DON'T IGNORE,
THIS INVITE TO JOIN ME ON THE DANCEFLOOR,
you may have got dressed up,
but I would rather wash up,
PLEASE DON'T MAKE IT SOUND LIKE A CHORE.

ALL I'M ASKING IS FOR YOU TO TAKE PART,
PLEASE, DON'T BREAK THIS POOR GUY'S HEART,
I'm sorry, who are you?
Ah yes, you're the dirt on my shoe,
OH, WHAT'S THE POINT, YOU'RE JUST A CHEAP TART!
