A marriage that didn't last forever.

Marriage To Friendship

I awake and find you gone leaving not a trace behind.
You could have told me what your plans were for today.
Where have you gone have you found someone else.
I tried to please you in every way that I possibly could.

All the years you've been my wife I could never regret.
Those sweet memories of us together I will not forget.
Always remember darling dear I wish you the very best.
Even though it's not mine but an others love you Quest.

Give him the love I wish could have always been mine.
Tell him your feelings say what's always on your mind.
I hate to loose you my darling I guess it's meant to be.
I surely don't want you if you don't want any part of me.

Let's part as friends just like our friendship once was.
remember all those good times we had between us.
I hope your new man takes the time to understand.
All your loves and wants in life I hope his love can.
