The Jester is my alter ego so to speak
Amidst the sorrow of life’s sweet kiss
I found it strange, but not amiss

A tempest’s mind with which to see
The Joker, and where Fool’s taken me

Through jagged peaks and blasted lands
The path from child, and from there, to man

The noble aims that ran askew
The battles won, but alas, so few

To rail and shake fist, skyward gaze
Bound and lost in the foggy maze

A spark of faith, my lonely friend
Shall companion me on, till the end
