poem on the death penalty.. don't let the title fool you.. this one isn't for it
You say you are
"God-fearing"
good Christian souls.
Yet you do not seem
To trust in
         HIS justice,
         HIS time,
         HIS plan.

If an eye is what
you want for
a taken eye,
then have mine.

Maybe then you
will see the
sin of YOURS
that should keep
the stone you so
desperately want to
cast, clutched tight.
