Those who want to learn are rewarded with knowledge.
Rewards

Blank faces, empty minds
Waiting to be filled.
Some want to understand,
While others never will.

Frustrating is the pain,
Futile, the endeavor
To bring enlightenment
To those who do not care.

Exhilarating is the process,
Exalting, the success
To watch understanding dawn
On those daring to excel.

Fulfilling is the prodding,
Fascinating the desire
To make the goal of knowledge
Of those who strain to learn.
