Alone partly Intertwined heart and soul pen and goal to see beyond the pain
Cold here and emotionless,
to think it came to this.
My eyes just wither in ponds of sad
and closing petals to what I had
to stranded circles around the lonely stone.
In waves, I sink alone.

In this bottomless fall I fear, no ending coming
near.
In this shade of pool to swallow me,
there is no room to see.

My limbs just float in sore emotion,
there is no rescue from this ocean.
I swallow in fate, she puts me to sleep.
I've lost myself in something deep . . .
my gut tells me to reach for air,
my heart tells me that none is there. . . .

My fate swims in and sets me free, but I
hesitate to breathe.
The motion of listless let me be with flowing
mobility,
the heart calms when I feel a breeze.
The tranquil feel is nice to please and tries to
bring me peace.
