A friend inspired this one by something he said. One of my best (I think). For Ryan.
Sometimes the best things are left unsaid,
A kiss kind of says it all.
Poetry sometimes isn't words,
but a simple action, seemingly small.

A verse can be a soft caress,
A stanza is being held in a warm embrace,
A phrase, a rhyme--the space of time
I gaze upon your loving face.

Yes I know you love me
Though your mouth hasn't formed the words,
It was your kiss that told me
And my heart that heard.
