"Love is" poem using as many movie titles as possible
Time after time I long for the feel,
that comes with affections I choose to reveal
Like a ghost not quite there; I sense but don't see,
tender mercies of love seem to flee before me

With a spirit unsaddled; a galloping horse,
whisperers of love maintain steady course
Cries of love to be uttered we sometimes rescind,
sadly thus muted oft' gone with the wind

The sweetness of love like the rose hath its thorns,
in a war of the roses all love can be shorn
When finally loves rays shine upon my sill,
'twill be known as the day the earth stood still

A titanic wave; a giant delight,
passions rage in the heat of the night
One truth about love to which you may relate,
find love on this island earth and heaven can wait

As the pretty magnolia waves in the breeze,
a love story soars o'er the tallest of trees
Yet unrequited love sad with resignation,
perhaps a human souls strongest alienation

On that rocky road have heart; take heed,
one love that won't grow; perhaps just the bad seed
For life is beautiful and have no regrets,
loves first contact is bliss; it's as good as it gets

In the end we all seek the return of our note,
the message in a bottle we once set afloat
Like a castaway swimming home with the whales,
while his love home alone is waiting to exhale

The object of my affection trembles in sleep,
the aches of my longing run silent run deep
Hope floats to the surface with love shining through,
Somewhere in time, it could happen to you
