Something I wrote for my dad while he was in Saudi Arabia.
Confused
My father is gone
And my brothers might leave too,
There is a war now
And I don't know what to do

I'm lost now
I'm just so confused
Will I die, and will my friends leave too?
The day has been overwhelming, and I don't know what to do.

Oh God please help me,
Please hear my plea
Protect my friends and family
Save them from the wrath of painted skies above
I'm praying but I still don't know what to do to protect the ones I love
