A parody of sorts of a Shakespearian Sonnet. It is much easier to funny than skillful.
ODE TO COFFEE

OH, HOW I NEED MY COFFEE
THAT BLACK HOT NECTAR OF LIFE
MAKE MINE SWEET, AND ADD A LITTLE CREAM
THAT I MAY AWAKEN FROM MY DREAMS

CALL IT WHAT YOU WILL
LATTE, CAPPUCCINO, EXPRESSO, HOUSE BLEND
AS LONG AS YOU MAKE MINE WITH NO FRILLS
HOW THIS SWEET STEAMING LOVER MAKES ME FEEL

HOW YOU DO COMFORT ME IN THE MORNING TIME
TO WAKE TO YOUR SWEET AROMA ALL THE TIME
AT MY TABLE I DO PINE
"MAKE YOUR OWN POT; THIS ONE HERE IS ALL MINE!"

NOW THE DAY HAS BEGUN
AS ALL THAT COFFEE SURELY MAKES ME RUN
