Just some thoughts I have everytime I look in a mirror.
Looking at myself,
Through the torturous mirror.
Wanting to change all that I see.
Wanting so much not to be me.

Secluded and depressed,
I can’t seem to cope.
With the imperfections I see.
All that’s wrong with me.

Without anyone to love,
I refuse to love who I am.
Accept all that I see.
Accept that this is me.

I need to shatter this image,
Of insecurity within.
Can’t seem to see,
That there is nothing wrong with me.

Looking at myself,
Through the torturous mirror.
Wanting to change all that I see.
Wanting so much not to be me.

I can’t seem to deal,
With what is reality.
I am what I see.
This image is me.

If I could,
I’d change it all.
Change what I see.
Change all of me.
