This poem did not happen to me. Its just emotions.
I sit in the corner
And don't dare make a sound,
'Cause Daddy is home
And he’s shouting out loud.
"Sarah! Sarah! Come here, AT ONCE!"
I get up slowly
I'm too late, and he shouts.
"I’m sorry! I’m sorry!"
I begin to cry.
He doesn’t notice as he hits my eye.
Mummy looks at him,
But doesn’t dare tell him off.
After all,
He hits her enough.
