How else can one describe their addiction to the written word?
Immortality lies at my fingertips,
with pen and ink in hand.

I lay down words on paper,
much like a bricklayer lays brick;
one by one.

Resolutely building a strong foundation,
a testament to all who live after me,
and view the enduring results of my labor.

Thus, I am forever immortalized...in prose!
