a mom who has passed away
I know you did the best you could
Through all the trying times you stood.
Although your heart was always weeping,
You sang to me while I laid sleeping.

I never had very much,
Fancy clothes ,bikes and such,
But I always had your gentle touch.

Sometimes I miss hearing you say,
You will love me anyway.
Its still hard to believe you passed away,
For in my heart you will always stay.

My memories are all I've got,
Of how we used to talk a lot.
My heart was broken when I saw the plot,
No headstone to mark the spot.

For here lies the world's greatest Mom,
The one that I have never forgot!
Your grave now has a stone,
To show the world you were never alone.
