A short description of life
They said life, could be way to hard.
Unless you were dealt the winning card.

Loving and losing is a thing you must learn.
A job and wages is something you earn.

Marriage and stability, that is the goal
Kids and a family before you're to old

A house, just on the outskirts of town.
A fixer upper, just a little run down.

Credit cards and bills all are past due.
Some how get paid, and groceries got too.

The kids are all grown now, just you and the wife.
Now comes the hard part, getting on with YOUR life.

Sit back, relax, now that you're retired.
Thinking back on your life, makes you so tired.

Wouldn't change a thing, wouldn't even ask.
Thinking back now, it all went so fast.

Friends and family gather round you, as you take your last breath.
Always love one another, was your only final request.
