First meaningful poem I have written in a very long time.
Clock Tower

In the clock tower,
feeling the waves,
speed of the hours,
completing my days.

Labyrinth of mirrors,
focusing in,
reflecting my fears,
I fumble and spin.

Momentum diminished,
last oil burning,
shatter the image,
soul left yearning.

Spirit is weakened,
a wilting flower,
no sign, no beacon,
listlessly cower.

In the clock tower,
the veil is thin,
calmed by the power,
love from within.

Molting crustacean,
burden is shed,
beyond illusion,
nothing is dead.

Pure light surrounds me,
soul free to shine,
free from the boundaries,
injustice of time.

In the clock tower,
in search of a friend,
he needlessly cowers,
fearing the end.

Carry love with me,
to nurture and heal,
heart heaves inside me,
his pain I can feel.

Souls reunited,
words are unspoken,
never divided,
spirit unbroken.

This world so giving,
no one alone,
soul truly living,
truly at home.

With each evolution,
passage of time,
strengthening fusion,
Oneness, Divine.

Waves of radiance,
like a particle storm,
pulsing a cadence,
evolving my form.
