just another poem reflecting one of my moods!
I wish I could rewind
That which is mine
A moment in time
This helpless little rhyme;
Thoughts of my mind
Realities that I find
Visions of a crime
Horror brought alive.
I wish I could rewind
A thousand white lies
The rainclouds of a cry
Shame, suffering, pride;
Unsuccessful tries
That left us confined
Forever fortified
So far behind
Where we used to lie,
As days passed by
We often wonder why.
I wish I could rewind
