For those who are hurt by the ones they love
A world of pain
That goes unseen
Women mistreated

By those they love
Men hitting
Without a glove

A world not seen
By family and friends
Denial is voiced

Acknowledgement
Could bring further pain
More nights without sleep

A world not seen
But soon to be seen
How a love one can change

Controlling and the bringer of pain
That slowly goes within
The real disgrace

Is upon the men
