Sometimes words are swallowed and forgotten but still needed. Please rate & review
Quiet

Once I spoke, softly but surely
But then
The words were no longer needed
Friends weren't wanted, everyone was sent away
I wanted just one thing---
But words weren't needed
My one desire couldn't be fulfilled
So words weren't needed

Soon everything inside me was
Calm
Quiet
Everything around me was loud---
But inside I was quiet, searching for my heart's desire
Time went by
Slowly and quickly
Painfully I realized
What I wanted wasn't true

I stopped
No need---
Except for words
The quiet was too much
Words were required
I searched for them---
They couldn't be found
I needed to speak, not to be quiet

They didn't understand
No one did
I wanted everything back---
Expecially the words
They had faded, alongside everyone else
Couldn't be brought back

Time passed, slowly and quickly
Stil searching for those words I lost so long ago
Still yearning for everyone I once yelled
But most frightningly that one desire is still
Deep
In my heart
Threatning to take over again and
Bury those words forever
