A reflection of a now grown, childs evolvement within a family of multiple abusers.
We all start whole
Just a tiny little person
With a virgin soul

We look for approval, aiming to please
Just a tiny little person
Too often others seem to hurt with ease

While we grow , we learn
Just a tiny little person
With innocence goes trust, never to return

We end up weary, tattered and torn
Just a tiny little person
Too late, faces lifeless and worn

We bury the pain deep, shedding not one tear
Just a tiny little person
Pretending, telling no one, living in fear
