wrote this one night when i was feeling a little lost and lonely
Wait for me.
Let me catch up
Even if I take forever to do it.
Don’t give up on me,
More importantly,
Don’t let me give up.
Walk with me.
Don’t leave me behind,
I need your guidance, your direction.
I need you to show me the way.
Talk to me.
Don’t let me be silent,
Don’t let quiet surround me.
Help me speak,
Help me find my voice.
Help me not be afraid to be me.
