fifty five words of prose
The smoke hung with an oppressive weight as the hooded figure again stepped through the door way. Inhaling a deep breath, as if to numb his lungs, he watched as pillars of intangible grey substance danced from the dimming light of the last red ember. One question remained. Now what to do with the teeth?
