What it be like to walk on the clouds? An imaginary poem
A tender and soft touch under my feet
like dew wet grass underneath.
New born wind in my every breath,
I was away from the fire of death.
Standing still for a minute
made me drenched in the tears of it.
No less is its anger when it’s in pain,
standing there a terror ran down my vein.
I could see the sea’s waves rising and dying
and birds in flocks chirping and flying.
The sky spread right above my head,
I had no hint to where the path lead.
Yet I did not care and walked on
till it became dawn.
Then suddenly I couldn’t get a hold
and soon I was heading back to the earth’s mould.
At once something cleared out my doubts,
I realized I just had a walk on the clouds!
