Do we really know what love is?
Fallen from grace, have you my sweet?
Fallen strangely at my feet.

Something you want to ask of me?
You want me to set you free?
I guess I could do that, only for us,
I do love you my dear it’s just…
If you are happier elsewhere,
Then goodbye, I’ve said it, there!

Fallen from grace, have you my sweet?
Fallen strangely at my feet.

I’d much rather have the feel,
Of your lips against my own, that I shan’t conceal.
But you want to fly the nest,
Just remember you’ll always be my best.
I turn away as you begin to leave,
The thought makes me want to heave.

Fallen from grace, have you my sweet?
Fallen strangely at my feet.

But baby, don’t ever forget,
The love we share, the love we won’t regret.
It seems my thoughts had an affect,
As you turn to look, seeming to reflect.
Was that a flash of love, or was it hate?
Come on, we’re made like fate.

Fallen from grace, have you my sweet?
Fallen strangely at my feet.

You are now running towards me,
Your auburn hair flying free.
The feel of your arms around my neck,
Pulling me towards you, just to check.
The feel of your lips against my own,
Makes me feel I have flown.

Fallen from grace, have you my sweet?
Fallen strangely at my feet.

Let me tell you something,
We’re serious, no fling.
See our stars are all aligned,
You’re always on my mind.
You’re my fallen angel, my dear,
Don’t worry, with me, there’s nothing to fear.

Fallen from grace, have you my sweet?
Fallen strangely at my feet.
