Enter the night in my own twisted mind...

Welcome back to that fateful night
When I first saw her there
Whispering cold seductions hidden in verses
From her book that held secret lies
That were the stable of her very life
The night was crystalline sky
Shards of dusk hidden behind
She pulled me in with airy cold
So I stopped
Stopped and said to her
Speak of endings, but to no avail
All endings are beginnings in there own way
She stopped the words so coldly bled
And whispered back the beginning of all endings is underway
It was futile argument, for this I knew
Nothing could be done
Until the night she would become mine

Ruby lips
Emerald eyes
A demonic eminence in disguise

Her silver necklaces of holy light
Glistened and made the ringing of bells
The perfect accompaniment to the horror of it all
For surely she was Jesus’s whore
Her clothes of virginity surely hid
What lost souls she could have
The dress of hers danced in rose petal wind
The scent I believed to be the essence of her very soul
With rot underneath
But she still had her words to cut
Into anyone with confidence down
It’s one thing to bring salvation
It’s another to bring angels to tears

She was with me, but she was not
Suffice it to say she was on my mind
Wounded profusely from self-inflicted stigmata
That was really her faith in binds
Possession incarnate
A holy whore
A crucifix axe
And a glass bible sword

With faith so surprising
Beauty compromising
Porcelain face and emerald eyes
A demonic eminence in disguise
That became mine that very night
