If we all joined hands around the world, the world would be a better place.
Harmony, Justice and Peace

People of all human races,
Shouldn’t be living in third world places,
Places of such filth and dirt,
So many people fragile and hurt.
I take for granted my clothes and my home,
Though think of all those people suffering and alone.
I often don’t appreciate simple things and wish for more,
At least I have running water and my country is not poor.
Families living without a roof over their heads,
People lying in sewage, some even dead.
The water is murky, and full of disease,
Food is mouldy, swarming with fleas,
Babies screaming, but nothing can be done,
Not until this never ending battle can be won,
Britain is flowing with money and wealth,
If we all pulled together, we could save their health,
As little as a pound every seven days,
Could create harmony and change their ways,
They don’t know anything other than this,
Compared to them our lives are bliss,
If only I could turn back time,
I would rid the world of this torture and grime.
