Just a little poem about regrets. Anyone can relate; we all have them
All of us have one or two
Some have a little, some have quite a few
You dwell on them a lot in your mind
You'd give anything to go back in time

Wishing so much that you could un-do
And start the day off fresh and new
Wanting to go back to a certain night
Do everything over, getting it right

If this were possible life would be great
We could all get rid of regrets that we hate
Each living a life with no mistakes
Re-doing things as much at it takes

But this isn't possible, not at all
Every person must deal with their fall
Those regrets remain with you, they don't go away
But you still always get another new day

Maybe you can't un-do what you did wrong
But with that new day you can carry on
You can make amends so the regrets aren't as bad
And find perhaps you were meant to have the experience you had
