I also wrote this one in school..about my little brother Jeremy.
Jeremy

Rosy red cheeks,
Tiny little toes,
Itty-bitty fingers,
With freckles on his nose.

Dependant on my mother,
He cannot even walk,
Disgusting little creature,
Cannot even talk.

Jealousy inside me,
Envious of the creep,
He gets all the attention,
He never lets me sleep.

He sits there and drools,
While I clean up his mess,
As he laughs out loud,
I begin to like him less.

Secretly at night,
I sneak out from my bed,
I lay beside him silently,
Thinking in my head.

Why do they like you so much?
There is nothing special I can see,
You don’t do anything for anyone,
All you do is drink and pee.

Now it is a few weeks later,
As he looks up at me,
Helplessly lying there,
And now I finally see.

I was once just like him,
Although it seems unreal,
All this time I was jealous,
I was hiding how I truly feel.

Although he is deformed,
I love him very much,
And when I am feeling down,
I can always reach for his touch.

I know that he will be there for me,
And as for me, I will too,
He knows that no matter what,
My love will guide him through.

The first time he scraped his knee,
And came crying in the house,
I cleaned it up and hugged him,
He sat there silent as a mouse.

Although he has not thanked me,
For all that I have done,
I would not trade my little brother,
Not for anyone.
