A poem about love, fear and intense feelings
Intensity

The intensity of your touch,
As I lose all control.
My heart pulls toward you,
As the passion fills my soul.

The look in your eyes,
Speaking words unspoken.
The fear in your heart,
Of past loves left broken.

As I gaze at your face,
I sense the presence of an angel.
That's suffering the pain,
Of someone scared to love again.

But lost deep inside,
I see a hope burning bright.
Though surpressed by the belief,
You're undeserving of that right.

The love that I feel,
When your hand lies in my hand.
Leaves me scared to the tear,
As my life's now in your hands.

For as I gaze into your face,
There lies the presence of an angel.
Who's still suffering the pain,
Still too scared to love again.
