numbing madness
A trite reflection
holds no appeal
For who I wonder
To roam without purpose
Stumbling among humans
Chatter roars unremorsefully
Full of prideful lies
Discourses never ending
When will I grow eyes
that see through
My fragile organs can't cope
which throws my head off
I need a beating heart to
soothe me
I stumble and flail
I'm deflating life by the second
And no one sends an ambulance
Can't you even glance at roadkill
