A poem about saying to much and the loss of a friendship
Three Words

I said three little words,
They seemed to change everything.
Now I wish I had stayed silent,
As I’m left reeling from the sting.

Cause’ what I lost, our friendship,
Means the world to me.
Now I feel I’ve let you down,
Open your eyes and you will see.

I never meant for things to change,
Does it really have, to be this way.
I’m starting to think you hate me,
If that’s true, I’m sorry, I’ll stay away.
