This is a poem for those who can't fall asleep easily.
Sounds in the night seem ten times

Louder than they really are

Energy not used during the day causes sleep to

Elude us

Passiveness will let the body relax

Listening to the sound of ones own breathing

Emerging from a chaotic day

Seems to

Set us up for a

Night of this dream

Elusive state

Singing of a lullaby may help sleep come

Shutting of the eyes comes slowly
