About wind with a toy
This plastic bag
Teasing me for about fifteen minutes.
It taunted me like it wanted to play.
But it was so perfect.
I felt if I went over I would destroy the perfection.
It flaunted it's beauty over and over again,
Saying to me that it was too good for me,
But I wanted to play too!
Fly faultless through the wind around and around.
Only the plastic bag could though.
The wind was playing with it.
Sending it high then throwing it to the ground.
It looked like silent poetry,
Disturbed only by the sudden hiss of the wind.
The hiss, the laughter,
The laughter of joy.
But, it looked so lonely, so sad.
It flew so aimlessly.
Maybe it was a laugh of sadness,
A meager amusing of itself.
Maybe that is why the wind howls,
It's sad, and wants a friend.
This friend it has found, seems happy now too.
Flying and playing with the air.
But, this friend will be taken away, thrown away,
And the wind will begin to howl again.
Through the houses of small children, disturbing their dreams.
Dreams of joy and play.
I think the wind is jealous, so it steals joy away.
But, in this moment of time, the wind is going to tease me.
Gracefully throwing this flying friend up and down to the ground,
And the wind knows this friend will soon be taken away,
So he blows his friend away, to disappoint itself, so we can not disappoint it.
