A poem about those who prefer to be up with the moon
A Wonderful Sight

When the walkers of the day
Decided to sleep the remainder away,
And the Moon dominates the skies,
We, the walkers of the night, open our eyes
And rediscover our habitat,
Cause this is where it’s at …

Our world is filled with a lunar light –
Oh such a wonderful sight –
In the country night is full of peace,
In the big city the activity doesn’t cease,
In the country, silence is on the creep,
In the big city, the residents seem not to sleep.

Two scenes, each having a different face,
But each one having one thing to taste:
Both are bathed in the night
And each is a wonderful sight …
